If you need more then just the headlamps and fog/driving lights on road, maybe you need to aim them or not drive at night.
And yes it does get really dark out here in Wyoming since we have less then 500k people in the whole state.
I know up here you can only have one set of auxiliary lights on provided they are same height or lower then the stock lamps.

yea, i was thinking more or less using them for offroad, but just in case i might need the extra light i would have it. it would be switch operated, so i wouldnt have them on driving... but i was thinking in cases of emergency if my headlights go id have em...

Here in Ohio you can only have 5 lights on at one time while on public roads.

It's so no one knows where you stash is hidden. ;)

Everybody has different reasons. Privacy, so no one can track down your truck and steal it, or break into it. Since a lot of people list their mods, someone can always be watching and go get a 5 finger discount when shopping at night. Someone could also take your info and create a false identity if you put out enough info, etc. In many states with a license plate you can get all the info on an individual. In Cali that used to be the case, until the actress Maria Saldana (i think that was her name) almost got killed by a stalker. Now only PD, and officials can look at your record (supposedly). I just don't trust anybody and I like my privacy. Believe it or not, we're not the only ones reading this info. I have nothing to hide, but you never know who's watching or why. It's like that old TV show used to say "Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men?"

In this age of the internet and everything being out there, I pride myself in remaining anonymous. I have done Google searches on myself and nothing comes up. That's the way I like it! Privacy now is worth more than gold.

Yep as long as they are aimed correctly. I challenge the crooks to try to find out where I live by my plate. In fact my plate is V10RAM anyway it will come back to the Sheriff Office where I am employed. Then if they come to my house and my 3 Rottweiler and 1 Pitbull don't eat them I get whats left over. Oh I almost forgot about the violent 2 Yorkies we have ones 5 lbs and the other is 4.5lbs.
